Regarding the ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) THE FIRST TOUR [TIMELESS WORLD] IN CINEMAS - CGV Event Photocards, CGV has announced that some photocard back signatures do not match the corresponding member images on the front. They have also confirmed that these defective photocards will be exchanged for correctly matched ones soon.(Mar 17th -23rd)
As a result, we will delay shipping these photocards until the exchange process is complete. We kindly ask for an additional week to ensure all defective photocards are replaced before fulfillment. (We probably start shipping after 17th or 18th)
