Water Pump Impeller Kit – High Flow Billet Aluminum – Fits Polaris RZR 900 1000 Turbo (2016–2024)

This high-flow billet aluminum water pump impeller kit is designed to replace the stock plastic impeller used on select Polaris RZR 900, RZR 1000, and Turbo models to improve coolant circulation and temperature control. CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum, the impeller increases coolant flow by approximately 25 percent compared to the factory impeller, supporting more consistent operating temperatures under load. Increased flow benefits both stock cooling systems and upgraded radiators by moving a greater volume of coolant through the engine. The kit installs in the factory water pump location and includes the billet aluminum impeller, aluminum spacer, rubber seal, and connecting bolt. The existing rubber seal must also be reused during installation. Designed for direct replacement using standard service procedures with no modifications required.
