Thick fleece insulated tea cosy/ tea cozy in a cheerful multicoloured stripe. Responsibly handmade in Nepal using traditional knitting methods, with 100% sheep wool for the outer, and fleece lined on the inner for added insulation. This Fair Trade tea pot cover will keep tea hot for longer with the chunky knit trapping warm air in the fibres on a typical medium size (4-6 cup) teapot up to 1.2L capacity. Measures approx 20cm high (25cm including pompom) and 25cm wide when laid flat. Machine washable at 30°C, or 40°C (a wool or other gentle short cycle is preferable), then dry flat and without heat, (don't tumble dry or put on a radiator). Hand washing is also good, use cold water followed by a short spin cycle. Hand-knitted using 100% sheep wool (outer layer) and 100% polyester fleece (inner layer). Ideal for adding some cheer to teatime in the kitchen, living room or out on the patio. For 30 years Pachamama has been designing and producing fairly traded woollens.
