The Air Jordan 1 KO "Laney" is a colorway of the retro basketball sneaker that nods to Michael Jordan’s high school in Wilmington, North Carolina. A salute to team uniform colors of Jordan’s high school basketball team and the early beginnings of his journey in basketball, the “Laney” colorway theme has appeared on several Air Jordan models throughout the years, and on the Jordan 1 KO for the first time in 2023. The shoe has a True Blue canvas base with Topaz Gold canvas on the toe and a Topaz Gold leather Swoosh and collar. A blue “AJKO” branded “Wings” logo appears on the collar while gold “Nike” insignia is found on the tongue. An aged-looking rubber midsole and True Blue rubber outsole complete the look.
